§ 1:609.3. Definitions.

The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation of sections 1:609—1:609.12:

Alleged violator shall mean the owner of the property and any known tenant or lessee of the property; and any person who has been determined by the enforcement agency to be responsible for a violation of any ordinance covered by this section.

Environmental code means the provisions of title 12, chapter 4; title 12, chapter 5; and title 12, chapter 6, sections 12:405 through section 12:406.6.

Public health code means the provisions of title 6, chapter 4, part I, sections 6:381, 6:381.1, and 6:384; chapter 4, part II, sections 6:406, 6:406.1, 6:409 and 6:411.1; chapter 4, part III, sections 6:442, and 6:449.
