§ 6:384. Removal of containers from neutral ground.(City)
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any garbage container, required by section 6:381(a)(1), to remain on the neutral ground in front of, or on the side of, their premises
or place of business, from 6:00 p.m. Saturdays to 6:00 p.m. Sundays.
Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall pay a penalty of one hundred
twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for a first violation; a penalty of two hundred fifty
dollars ($250.00) for a second violation within a two-year period; and a penalty of
five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a third and any subsequent violations within a
two-year period.
Enforcement of this section shall be pursuant to the provisions of title 1, section 609 et seq.
