§ 6:381.1. Penalty for violation of section 6:381(a)(3).

Any person who violates the provisions of section 6:381(a)(3) shall pay a penalty of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for a first violation; a penalty of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for a second violation within a two-year period; and a penalty of five hundred dollars ($500) for a third and any subsequent violations within a two-year period.

Enforcement of this section shall be pursuant to the provisions of section 1:609 et seq. of the code of ordinances.
