§ 6:505. Meat not for human consumption.

  • No person shall sell, offer for sale or otherwise dispose of for the purpose of human consumption the meat or meat product of any horse, dog, cat or other animal or other poultry whether of the same or of any unrelated nature which is not generally used for human consumption in accordance with these rules and regulations promulgated by the board of health in accordance with this chapter, the laws of the state, or the rules and regulations of the state board of health, or in accordance with the same as they may hereinafter be amended.
