Only meat or meat products and poultry or poultry products which have been inspected,
approved and stamped or tagged by the director or by the Department of Agriculture
of the United States Government Agricultural Marketing Service may be sold, offered
for sale or otherwise disposed of for human consumption; provided, however, that such
meats and the places where the same are sold or offered for sale shall be subject
at all times to reinspection by the director to determine the continued condition
of soundness and wholesomeness of such meat or meat products and poultry or poultry
products for human consumption.
