§ 6:504. Disposal of animals unfit for consumption.

Latest version.

Any animal or poultry which shall be considered unfit for human consumption shall be disposed of by the director in a manner which shall not endanger the health of the public and which shall not communicate diseases to other animals or poultry or create a nuisance.
