§ 6:484. Infectious and contagious matter.

All bakeries shall be kept in a clean condition and free from rats, mice, roaches, and vermin and from all matter of an infectious or contagious nature, and any bakery which shall not be so kept is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and it shall be the duty of the health unit to cause the same to be abated.
