§ 6:485. Building regulation.

No bakery shall be established after the passage of this chapter in any room in which the clear height between the finished floor and the finished ceiling is less than eight (8) feet and six (6) inches, or in any location which is not in such communication with the outer air as to allow of adequate lighting and ventilation.
