§ 9:165. Falsification of certification.

If the city-parish determines at any time that an applicant knowingly falsified the certification required by this section, the city-parish shall:
(1)

Proceed to revoke the license or permit issued upon that application, and

(2)

Impose a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), but not to exceed the amount owed by the applicant.
