§ 9:166. Appeal.

The applicant may appeal a decision revoking the license or permit to the 19th Judicial District Court by filing a petition with that court within fifteen (15) days following the decision to revoke.

Nothing in this section shall prevent an applicant from submitting a new application for a license or permit.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit an applicant a second appeal of liability for the underlying debt.
