§ 9:971. licensee responsibilities.
(a)
Violations. The licensee and the employees of the teen club shall not knowingly, or in circumstances when he should have known, allow or permit to occur on the premises of the teen club:
(1)
Any criminal act listed in section 9:963;
(2)
Possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal controlled substances;
(3)
The admission or failure to expel any person under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; and
(4)
Any other activity or conduct on the teen club premises which is prohibited by this Code or any law of the State of Louisiana or the United States.
(b)
Reporting incidents. The licensee and any owner, officer, managing agent, employee of the teen club, or security personnel working at the teen club shall immediately report to the city police department, parish sheriff's office, or the applicable local fire department, any incident described in subsection (a) of this section. In addition to notifying first responders, the responsible parties shall also promptly report any incident to the alcoholic beverage control office. The licensee shall maintain inside the teen club not less than one landline telephone in operating order, which must be easily accessible to the teen club's employees.
