§ 6:612. Itinerant markets.
In addition to the general regulations listed elsewhere in this chapter and the laws of the state, the following regulations shall apply to itinerant markets:
(1)
The immediate premises, including driving and parking areas of all itinerant markets shall be reasonably free of dust.
(2)
All readily-perishable foods shall be kept under proper refrigeration.
(3)
Flies, rodents, roaches and other pests shall be kept under control at all times. Dogs, cats, or other animals shall not be permitted on the premises.
(4)
All garbage and refuse shall be stored and disposed of in accordance with this chapter and, inside the city, the provisions of the garbage ordinance of the city.
(5)
All foods shall be stored at least twelve (12) inches above the ground or floor level.
