§ 6:512. Authority for other regulations.

In addition to the rules and regulations authorized elsewhere in this chapter, the director is hereby authorized to promulgate and publish reasonable rules and regulations necessary for the effective administration and enforcement of this chapter; provided that such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or the laws and the constitution of this state.
