§ 6:416. Same—Exception for outside collectors.(Parish)

This part shall not prohibit collectors of garbage, refuse or rubbish from outside
of the city or from outside legally created and existing garbage districts, from hauling
such refuse over city-parish streets to public dumps, provided such collectors comply
with the provisions of this part and with any other governing law, ordinances or applicable
regulations.
