§ 6:415. Same—Exception for actual producers.(Parish)

This part shall not prohibit the actual producers of garbage, refuse or rubbish, or the owners of premises upon which garbage, refuse or rubbish has accumulated from personally collecting, conveying and disposing of such garbage, refuse or rubbish, provided such producers or owners dispose of such materials at public dumps provided by the city-parish for such purposes and otherwise comply with the provisions of this part and with any other governing law, ordinances, or applicable regulations.
