§ 6:413. Director of public works authorized to make rules and regulations.(Parish)

In addition to specific authority granted to the director of the department of public works elsewhere in this part, the director is authorized to promulgate, make and publish reasonable rules and regulations for the purpose of the proper administration and enforcement of the provisions of this part; provided that such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this part or other laws or the constitution of this state; and provided further that such rules and regulations shall have the full force and effect of law.
