§ 6:412. Persons subject to prosecution designated.(Parish)

  • (a)

    Should any garbage, trash or other waste matter, as defined in section 6:401, be found in or on any building, house, structure, or grounds in any manner or form other than as is specifically declared to be lawful by section 6:406, such shall be a violation of this part, and either the owner or occupant, as defined in section 6:401, or both of them, may be prosecuted therefor.

    (b)

    If a corporation is the owner or occupant, the president of the corporation may be prosecuted for the violation.

    (c)

    If a partnership, firm, or association of persons is the owner or occupant, any or all members of the partnership, firm or association of persons may be prosecuted for the violation.
