§ 6:385. Removal of building or repairing debris.(City)

Latest version.

The owner of a building being erected or repaired, or the job contractor, shall remove all building or repairing debris or industrial refuse resulting from the job, and no such debris shall be placed on the neutral ground for collection by the department of public works.
