§ 6:301. Adoption of Chapter 5 of the Sanitary Code for the State of Louisiana.

Latest version.

For the purpose of establishing rules and regulations governing milk and milk products, Chapter 5 (Milk and Milk Products Regulations) of the Sanitary Code for the State of Louisiana, as amended, and including any future amendments thereto, prepared and promulgated by the state board of health, and the whole of such chapter of the Sanitary Code for the State of Louisiana, except such portions as are deleted, modified or amended by other provisions of this chapter, are hereby adopted by the city-parish and incorporated as fully as though set out at length herein and from and after the effective date of this chapter the provisions thereof shall be in effect in the city-parish and the council administrator and the health officer are each directed to maintain not less than three (3) copies of such Chapter 5 on file in their respective offices.
