§ 6:203. Persons entering city.

During the enforcement of quarantine regulations under the authority of either the council or the board of health as provided above, the chief of police and sheriff are empowered to arrest any and all persons forcing their entrance into the city-parish, and to detain all such persons in such place as may be designated by the health officer, or the board of health.
