§ 3:92. Scope of commission jurisdiction.

For the purpose of this chapter that portion of any street, road or public way in the city-parish which bisects or is within the bounds of any property which is owned and/or operated by, or which is under the jurisdiction of the recreation and park commission, shall be considered as a part of the property and all the provisions of this chapter shall apply thereto.
