§ 3:93. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or be imprisoned not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court for such offense.
