§ 2:82. Same—Defined; specifications.(Parish)

Temporary streets or roads are defined as streets or roads without curb and gutter and with open ditch storm drains. Temporary streets or roads shall be surfaced with a standard three (3) course bituminous surface treatment applied on a base composed of six (6) inches of compacted sand clay gravel. The base shall be one (1) foot wider than the paved surface.
