§ 1:505. Same—Rules and regulations.

The director of finance and the council budget officer are further hereby authorized to prescribe and promulgate such other rules and regulations as may be required or necessary in order to carry out the policies and procedures set forth in section 1:503, and to further the purpose and intent of sections 1:502—1:506, including, but not limited to, regulations with respect to any variance from the procedures in unusual or emergency situations.
