§ 10:112. Authority of drivers and operators.

  • Every driver or operator of a bus or other mass transit conveyance shall have authority to refuse any passenger further occupancy if such passenger does not conduct himself in such a manner so as not to unreasonably disturb other passengers or does not comply with the provisions of this chapter relating to smoking and all lawful laws of the city-parish and the state.
