§ 10:111. Smoking.

No person shall be permitted by a bus or other mass transit conveyance operator or owner to smoke aboard a bus or other mass transit conveyance while passengers are aboard such bus or other mass transit conveyance; provided, however, that this section does not prohibit smoking in sections of buses or other mass transit conveyances which are completely enclosed and separated from nonsmoking persons; and provided further that this section shall not apply to charter operations.
