§ 10:9. Parking of railroad cars.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any railroad company operating within the parish to park railroad cars within one hundred (100) yards of the intersection of Swan Street with the railroad tracks at the entrance of Southern University.

    (b)

    Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
