Any person violating the provisions of section 9:118 or 9:119 shall be removed from the festival site or Louisiana Naval War Memorial Commission
property, and upon conviction, based upon that person's refusal to leave the site
when requested, be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned
for not more than sixty (60) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
