§ 9:119. Same—Sanctions.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, distribute or perform at a festival on designated festival sites as managed and sponsored by the Baton Rouge Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Louisiana Naval War Commission, and/or the Baton Rouge Economic and Agricultural Development Alliance without the sanction and licensing of the Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Louisiana Naval War Commission, and/or Baton Rouge Economic and Agricultural Development Alliance, without receiving approval from the East Baton Rouge Parish Health Unit for vendors selling food or drink items, and without complying with the standards and policies designated by the Baton Rouge Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Louisiana Naval War Commission, and/or the Baton Rouge Economic and Agricultural Development Alliance.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or distribute food, beverages or souvenirs on property of the Louisiana Naval War Memorial Commission without receiving approval from the East Baton Rouge Parish Health Unit for vendors selling food or drink items, and without complying with the standards and policies designated by the Louisiana Naval War Memorial Commission."
