§ 9:975. Criminal penalties.

Any person who violates this section may be subject to fines, criminal prosecution, including imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per criminal violation. This remedy and penalty is non-exclusive, and does not preclude administrative action or civil enforcement proceedings by the city-parish or its agencies.
