§ 9:969. Hours of operation.

It shall be unlawful for a teen club to be opened between 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. It shall be unlawful for a teen club to be opened between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays. The teen club shall post the hours of operation in a visible location at the entrance and inside the teen club.
