§ 9:959.2. Penalty for employment of repairman who violates chapter.

Any person, firm or corporation who willfully employs a contractor/builder to install a fence or who employs a repairman who violates this chapter in part or whole shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by the fines provided for in section 9:959.1.
