Section 8:504 was not included in the reenactment of this chapter by Ord. No. 9881, § 3, adopted May 11, 1994. The section related to completion of improvements and penalty for failure to complete and was derived from title 8, § 505 of both the 1951 City Code and the 1962 Parish Code as well as Ord. No. 7017, § 1, adopted Jan. 26, 1983.
