§ 6:604. Operation without a permit.

The operation without a permit of any establishment for which a permit is required by this chapter or the continued operation after a permit has been suspended or revoked, shall constitute a violation of this chapter and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which or on which such violation occurs or continues.
