§ 6:479. Power to revoke permit.

If at any time after the granting of the permit the health unit shall decide that the public health, or the health of the persons employed in the bakery is endangered by maintenance of the bakery, it shall be the duty of the health unit, and it is hereby so authorized, to revoke the permit thereof.
