§ 6:304. Suspension and revocation of permits; notice and hearing.
Latest version.
Any permit issued under the provisions of this chapter may be suspended or revoked
by the health officer, if, after written notice to the permit holder and a hearing
before the health officer he finds that the permit holder has violated any of the
provisions of this chapter or that he has failed to comply with any of the standards
for milk and milk products herein prescribed. The notice shall set forth the alleged
violation or failure to comply and shall be addressed to the permit holder at the

however, be suspended immediately and without notice to the permit holder if the health
officer finds that there exists an immediate and pressing danger to the public health;
such suspension shall remain in effect only until a hearing is held by the health
officer as herein provided.
