§ 5:32. Issuance of permits; revocation.(Parish)

Latest version.
  • The fire protection district in which the fire is to be started, kindled or maintained will have the responsibility for issuing the permits and may refuse to issue a permit or may revoke a permit prior to the actual commencement of a fire when the atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make such fires hazardous or a nuisance; however, no permit will be issued wherein the applicant intends to use old tires in kindling or maintaining the fire, and if tires are used it will be grounds for revoking the permit and extinguishing the fire.
