§ 2:78. New subdivisions within first class area; approval of planning commission, etc., required for financial assistance.(Parish)

The same privileges accorded to abutting individual property owners shall be accorded to developers of new subdivisions within the first class area of the parish but this shall only be done after formal approval of the development by the planning commission and after a public hearing has been held to determine the public need for the development, if parish financial assistance is provided.
