§ 2:76. Major road plan; financing.(Parish)

The parish major road plan as hereafter adopted and amended by the planning commission will be the program for the development of major traffic arteries in the parish. All streets or roads on this major road plan when built to ultimate standards, as defined from time to time by the department of public works, shall be financed entirely by the parish, with state and federal assistance where available.
