§ 1:57. Bailiff.(City)

The city constable shall detail a deputy city constable to act as bailiff for each city judge, the deputy to be assigned by the mutual understanding between the judge and constable. The bailiff shall be responsible for maintenance of courtroom equipment, courtroom security, and such other duties as may be assigned.
