§ 1:22. Minutes.

  • (a)

    Minutes are to be typed as soon as possible after each meeting.

    (b)

    The present method of putting the date of the meeting at the top of each page containing the minutes of that meeting is approved and required.

    (c)

    After minutes are adopted, pages will be placed in a temporary binder until permanently bound.

    (d)

    Upon adoption of the minutes, signatures are to be obtained from the president pro tempore or chairman, as the case may be, and the council administrator.
