§ 15:16. Officers of district, authority and commission designated.

The mayor-president shall serve as president and presiding officer of the district and authority; the council administrator shall serve as secretary of the district and authority; the treasurer shall serve as treasurer of the district, the authority and the commission; and the office of parish attorney shall serve as general counsel for district, authority and commission.
