§ 15:15. Employees in classified service; personnel subject to Code of Ethics.

Except as provided in Section 3 of Act 151, the district's employees shall be members of the classified service established by Chapter 9 of the Plan of Government, and its officers and employees shall be subject to the provisions of the Code of Ethics of the city-parish.
