§ 13:1053. Penalties for violation of section 13:1050.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of section 13:1050 shall be fined not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
