§ 13:1050. Possession of certain toxics prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, or for any person to inhale or ingest, any compound, liquid, or chemical commonly known as "lockerroom" or "rush" which contains toluol, hexane, trichlorothylene, acetone, toluene, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, trichloroethane, isopropanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, cyclohexanone, nitrous oxide, diethyl ether, alkyl nitrites (butyl nitrite), or any similar compound, liquid or chemical for the purpose of inducing a condition of intoxication or of distortion or disturbance of the auditory, visual or mental processes.
