§ 12:525.2. Reason for rescission of a decision and order.

(a)

A rescission of a condemnation decision and order by the metropolitan council shall only be approved for the following reasons:

(1)

Improper notice issued;

(2)

Legal description error;

(3)

Building has been demolished or removed;

(4)

Building has been repaired;

(5)

Building has been secured; or

(6)

Other compelling reason as determined by the council.

(b)

The reason for the request to rescind shall be submitted with the agenda space request and included on the agenda with the corresponding item and shall be made part of the official minutes of the meeting.
