§ 12:525.1. Recovery of expenses upon rescission of a decision and order.

(a)

Prior to the rescission, at the request of a property owner or interested party, of a condemnation decision and order on a building or structure by the metropolitan council, the person requesting the rescission shall obtain from the office of the parish attorney a statement itemizing all fees and costs incurred by the city-parish in connection with the condemnation of the building or structure.

(b)

All itemized fees and costs shall be paid to the city-parish prior to the rescission of the condemnation decision and order by the metropolitan council.
