§ 12:355. Assessments for costs in cutting weeds.

The department of public works is authorized and directed to assess the owners of the property on which weeds are cut for the costs involved in cutting the weeds in accordance with section 12:353. All sums received by the city-parish as a result of such assessments shall be placed into the revolving fund account to be established for use in connection herewith, as provided in section 12:358.
