§ 11:279. Making unnecessary noise prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to make an unnecessary noise by means of the horn or other device on his said vehicle; he being required to drive his vehicle as quietly as possible at all times and especially during the hours between 10:00 p.m., and 7:00 a.m., daily. The provisions of this section shall be in addition to the provisions of the antinoise ordinance in title 12, chapter 2 of this Code.
