§ 11:203. Mississippi River levee; motor vehicles prohibited.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle over, upon or across the Mississippi River levee, except on surfaced or graveled roadways and surfaced or graveled areas; no parking shall be permitted upon the roadway. The department of public works is hereby authorized to establish load and unload zones at appropriate places upon the roadway.
